Healthy modern Chinese Cuisine

We hold ourselves to a standard of gentleness in our choice of ingredients, spices and cooking methods to bring you a healthy variety of modern Chinese cuisine. The ingredients form the basis of our dishes feature local Omi province vegetables and the season’s fresh produce sourced from all over the country. We take every care to avoid putting stress on our diners’ bodies, including using different oils according to different dishes. Diners can enjoy a healthy taste without a heavy stomach, which is the essence of our new Guilin Chinese cuisine. A gentleness in taste, not only ingredients, is also one of our ways of bringing joy to both the body and the palate. The cornerstone of that taste is our famed collagen stock of patiently simmered domestic hen. This robust, nuanced chicken stock gives a whole new depth of flavor to our healthy dishes.
